When should I add nuts and fruit to the dough?
The baked bread is too moist.
There are air bubbles on the bread surface.
The bread rises during baking, but then it
collapses.
Can I use also other recipes?
You will hear a signal tone when adding ingredients.
If you add these ingredients to the dough at the
beginning, the nuts or fruits may be crushed when
kneaded.
Check the consistency of the dough 5 minutes
after starting the kneading and add more flour if
necessary.
The amount of yeast used was probably too large.
The dough might have risen too quickly. To prevent
this, reduce the amount of water, increase the
amount of salt and / or reduce the amount of the
yeast.
Of course, you can use other recipes, but pay
attention to the ingredients' amounts. Get to know
your appliance thoroughly using the recipes listed
here, and then try your own recipes. NEVER exceed
700 g of flour.
Adjust the amount of ingredients in the recipes to
the amount shown in the recipes in this book.
