This nozzle insert is also designed for use by adults and
children to reach either deep lung regions or regions which
are severely constricted due to disease.
The LC interrupter makes it possible to interrupt aerosol gener-
ation while the patient breathes out, thereby optimising medica-
tion use.
Mask
The mask makes it possible to inhale aerosol through the
mouth and the nose.
The patient can breathe out through the exhalation valve at the
bottom end of the mask without having to take the mask off.
The mask can be held firmly in position on the face with the aid
of the elastic band which is attached to the side openings of
the mask.
