CONTROL PANEL NOTIFICATIONS

The console includes the notifications listed below.
transparent area in which the signal is received from the remote control.
Green leD that indicates the machine is running (when the machine is in standby this light is off).
Yellow leD signals activation of the programming switch on and/or switch off.
Green leD that indicates the switching on of the cooling compressor.
Red LED that indicates the air filter may need cleaning.
micro key (reSet).

MANAGING THE UNIT IF THE REMOTE CONTROL IS NOT AVAILABLE

Should the remote control be lost, the batteries flat or if it is faulty, the appliance may be operated only in
automatic mode by pressing the micro switch positioned underneath the hole located on the console by
means of a pointy object.
to switch the air-conditioner off, press the microswitch again.
to restore routing operations in the remote control, you need only issue any command once the remote
control is available again.

5.3 - USE OF THE REMOTE CONTROL

the remote control supplied with the air-conditioner is the
instrument that enables you to use the appliance in the most
convenient way.
it should be handled with care and in particular:
• Keep it dry (do not clean it with water or leave it outdoors in
bad weather).
• avoid dropping or bumping it.
• Keep it out of direct sunlight.
• The remote control operates by means of an infrared beam.
• During use, there must not be any obstacle between the remote control and the air-conditioner.
• If other appliances in the room have remote controls (TV, stereo, etc...), there may be interference
with consequent loss of the sent signal.
• Electronic and fluorescent lights may also interfere with transmissions between remote control
and air-conditioner.
• Remove the batteries in case of prolonged disuse of the remote control.
• The remote control display goes off after a few seconds of non-use, to reactivate it press any
key.
