LÄS DESSA SÄKERHETSINSTRUKTIONER
Läs och förstå alla kör/säkerhetsinstruktioner innan maskinen används.
Innan blandaren startas
Kontrollera att motoroljan (för version med motorhus) håller rätt nivå innan du börjar använda
blandaren. OBS! Motorn måste lyftas till horisontal position när du kontrollerar oljenivån eller fyller
på olja.
Kontrollera att alla skydd är på plats och rätt monterade.
Använd INTE löst hängande kläder eller smycken som kan trasslas in i maskinen.
Lämpliga kläder enligt följande skall uppfylla relevanta EG/lokala säkerhetsbestämmelser: overall,
arbetskängor, skyddsglasögon, helmask, skyddshandskar, hörselskydd, osv.
Tippa INTE blandaren på trummans mynning medan motorn går.
Se till att alla hängande kablar skyddas mot skador samt att ingen snubblar på dem eller de fastnar
under blandaren.
Vi rekommenderar att en restströmanordning används på 200V elsystem.
Avlägsna allt förpackningsmaterial före användning.
När blandaren är igång
Håll alla obehöriga borta från blandningstrumman.
Håll området runt blandaren fritt från hinder som kan göra att någon ramlar på en komponent i
rörelse.
Se alltid efter att blandaren står på plan mark innan blandningen påbörjas.
Bekanta dig med reglagen innan du använder maskinen.
Se till att alla skydd monterats i rätt position.
Se till att det fi nns tillräcklig ventilation när du kör diesel/bensin-motorer på begränsat utrymme.
Ersätt alla slitna/skadade varningsskyltar.
Se till att trumman roterar medan blandaren töms.
Koppla alltid av och ta bort kontakten från uttaget om maskinen skall lämnas utan tillsyn.
Använd INTE maskinen som skottkärra. Koppla bort den från strömmatningen innan den fl yttas.
SE UPP med riskzoner och heta zoner.
VAR MEDVETEN om avgasernas ventilationsriktning.
Nödstopp
Om du måste stänga av blandaren i en nödsituation måste du: Elektrisk: antingen stänga av vid
strömbrytaren eller dra kontakten ur nätuttaget. Bensin: koppla av motorns strömbrytare, se
motorhandboken.
Brandbekämpning
Om blandaren fattar eld skall du stänga av strömmen. Släck elden med pulver- eller koldioxidsläckare.
Om branden inte kan släckas, håll dig undan och tillkalla brandkåren. Om du är tveksam om maskinens
säkerhetstillstånd bör du kontakta närmaste serviceagent för Belle.
Varning - Viktigt Om eluttagen i ert hem inte är avsedda för den typ av stickpropp som medföljer er produkt, måste
denna stickpropp avlägsnas (skäras av om det är en gjuten stickpropp) och ersättas med en passande stickpropp.
Följ elledningsinstruktionerna noggrant. Anslut ej någon av stommarna till den jordade pluggen. BLÅ = NEUTRAL
BRUN = STRÖMFÖRANDE Färgerna på kablarna i denna apparats nätledningen motsvarar inte nödvändigtvis de
färgade markeringarna som identifi erar polerna i er stickpropp. Gör därför följande: Den blå kabeln måste anslutas
till polen som är markerad med bokstaven N eller färgad Svart. Den bruna kabeln måste anslutas till polen som är
markerad med bokstaven L eller färgad Röd.

Service & Maintenance
Before starting any maintenance or repairs, switch off motor, and isolate from the main power supply.
On completion of maintenance, check that the mixer functions correctly and that all guards are correctly fi tted.
ELECTRIC MIXER
All portable electric appliances are dangerous if abused. This machine will only operate on one voltage. Check
the power supply to ensure it corresponds to the voltage as indicated on the rating label.
Make sure that the motor is switched off before you plug it into the power supply.
230v - Always use a Residual Current Device ("RCD"), (earth leakage trip), plugged directly into the 230v
socket. If using an extension cable, plug it directly into the RCD.
110v - When using a portable transformer it must have a minimum output of 2.5kw and to continuous rated.
The symbols on the ON/OFF switch are 0 (Red)=OFF and I (Green)=ON in accordance with
international standards.
DO NOT use an extension cable between the transformer and the power supply. Always
ensure that the cable between the 110v mixer and transformer is a minium length of 3
metres. Ensure cable is fi tted with cable clip to the mixer frame at all times.
EXTENSION CABLES
If you need to use an extension cable it must be no longer than 30 metres (100 feet) in length. The wire section

must be 1.5mm
on 230v. Ensure that the extension cable is carefully laid out avoiding liquids, sharp edges and
places where vehicles might run over it. Avoid allowing the extension cable to be trapped underneath the mixer.
Unroll it fully or it will overheat and could catch fi re. Make sure that any extension cable connections are dry and
safe.
THERMAL PROTECTION DEVICE
The Electric motor is fi tted with a Thermal Protection Device. Should circumstances arise where this activates,
the motor will stop. Once the thermal trip resets itself the motor will be able to be restarted at the on/off switch.
The thermal trip reset time could vary from 2 minutes to 10 minutes.
COMBUSTION ENGINES
Check oil regularly, level engine up when doing so. For Initial engine fi ll or top up use a suitable engine oil of a
10W/30 grade. In your own interests read the makers instruction leafl et issued with the machine before starting
up.
CLEANING
Wipe off any external material. DO NOT use petrol, turpentine, lacquer or paint thinner, dry cleaning fl uids or
similar products. Never let any liquids near the engine/motor. Use 1" gravel and clean water to clean the inside of
the drum. DO NOT use bricks etc. as this will damage the drum.
FRAME
The hole on the underside of the frame is to drain away any water.
BELT
All Belle mixers Electric/Petrol are fi tted
with a preset tensioned toothed belt. No
adjustment is necessary. DO NOT try to
adjust with the motor running. Ensure th
extension lead is always unplugged
before the motor cover is removed.
GEARBOX
The factory has preset the gearbox oil level. Before inspecting
the gearbox oil level, make sure the gearbox is cold before
removing the fi ller plug. Top up with EP90 or similar gear oil in
the mix position to the level of the fi ller plug.
