Trouble shooting

Problem
No function of the device.
Device works, but the connected
fixtures to not react.
Push-in spring connection plug
Stripping length: 6 mm
Major diameter of isolated cable max. 2 mm
Solid: cable cross-section: 0.14 ... 0.5 mm²
Flexible: cable cross-section: 0.2 – 0.5 mm²
for microUSB-B plug
for update or configuration only
Solution
Check the power supply and that at
least 12 V DC are available. Check the
polarity of the power supply.
If supply via PoE: Check if the maxi-
mum cable length is not exceeded.
If supply via USB: Use an USB cable
with sufficient diameter. Do not use
USB extension cables.
Check correct polarity of the DMX con-
nection. Check the correct assignment
of the DMX Zones with the LIGHT-
DRIVE+ Configurator.
