Use the supplied screws for the purposes as shown below:
— To fix the cable clamp,
Three black screws (+P2.6 x 3.5 type-1 precision)
— To fix the cable fixture of the CAMERA HEAD connector,
A black screw (+PS2 x 6)

Smear phenomenon
This phenomenon occurs when shooting a very bright object (such
as electric light, fluorescent lamp, the sun or a strong refrection).
Light band

Less than 5 mm (Vsj-inch)
Due to the interiine-transfer organization of the GCD image sensors,
this phenomenon is caused by electronic charges generated deep
inside the photosensors by light that has a long wavelength, such as
infrared light.
False signal
When vertical bands or straight lines are shot, they may look wavy.
Blemishes
The photosenser elements generate electronic charges which
ultimately produce horizontal and vertical rows in the GCD image
sensor.
Therefore, any malfunctioning photosenser element will eventually
cause a blemish on the monitor screen.
Do not use screws longer than the 5 mm (V32-inch) screw hole.
Using longer screws may damage the inside of the camera control
unit.
