3.17. Update of the Firmware

All software or firmware updates are performed from the EoC 20-01, the master.

3.17.1. Download of the files

You can find firmware updates for download by entering the article in the search field on www.axing.com.
On the product page you will find the current firmware in the Downloads tab.
For the EoC 10/20-01 firmware for EoC is available for download.
For the EoC 10/20-02 additional firmware for WiFi is available for download.
 Download the current version to your computer and unpack it.
3.17.2. Update of the Firmware – Master
 Click on Upload Firmware in the main window.
 Select the unpacked file on your computer and upload it with Start.
The new firmware is active after restarting the EoC master.
3.18. Wifi upgrade – Endpoints
The software update for the EoC 20-02 is a two-step process. In this case you first load the update file into the
"Upload Area" of the EoC 20-01. Then you update the Endpoints.
Step 1 – Upload of the Firmware
 Click on Upload Firmware in the main window.
 Select the unpacked file and upload it with Start.
Step 2 – Upgrade of the Endpoints
 Click on Devices in the main window.
 Select the desired EP devices and click the "Upgrade WiFi" button.
The WiFi software will be updated on the devices.
