Disassembly

5.1 Disassembly of actuator from
valve body

After disassembly, clean all parts
of contamination (do not damage
parts). Check parts for potential
damage, replace if necessary (only
use genuine parts from GEMÜ).
1. Disconnect the actuator A from control
medium lines.
2. Undo the hexagon nut 6.
3. Remove the actuator A and seat
fl ange 29 from the valve body 1.
4. Remove gasket 30.

2. Undo and remove the connecting
bolts 23 between the actuator top 10
and actuator base 25.
