5. Connection and control elements
(1) Input selection switch
You can use the input selection switches to select between the individual inputs (signal sources) for the channels.
Example:
If the switch for channel A PH1/LN1–LN2 is in position LN2, the signal from the device connected to the LN2
connection is routed to channel A. Input PH1/LN1 is not reproduced in this switch position.
To play back from this input, the input selection switch from channel A has to be switched to position PH1/LN1.
Minimise the volume using the corresponding channel fader before changing over an input
selection switch. Possible differences in volume between the input sources may otherwise
cause sudden excessive volume.
(2) Level display for the output signal
The level display indicates the level of the output signal. If possible, the indicator should not exceed "0 dB" as the
music signal may otherwise be distorted.
(3) GAIN control
You can use these control knobs to adjust the mixer inputs to the output level of the respective signal source (record
player, CD player etc.).
Position "0" = mixer input is very insensitive
Position "10" = mixer input is very sensitive
(4) MIC control
This rotary control is used to set the microphone volume.
Position "0" = low microphone volume
Position "10" = high microphone volume
