Hold the hair and beard clippers with the front pointing upwards.

Use moderate force to press the cutting edges downwards
(see Figs. B+C).

Clean the hair and beard clippers with the cleaning brush.

Push the projection of the cutting attachment
the casing (see Fig. D).

Press the cutting edges of the cutting attachment
until you can hear it click into place.
Note: The trimmer head

Only use acid-free oil, e.g. sewing machine oil.

Remove the comb attachment

Press the trimmer head
remove it.

Put one or two drops of oil between the blades and distribute the
oil evenly.

Replace the shaver head

Wipe off excess oil with a cloth.
