OPERATION

9.9 PROGRAMMING AND OPERATION: PACKING IN EXTERNAl bAGS

The operation is carried out in the Cuisson 31, Cuisson 41 and Cuisson 41h models.
To create a vacuum bags external to the vacuum chamber, use embossed bags and the "EASy" accessory, supplied with
the models mentioned above.
Proceed as follows:
1) Position the maximum number of shelves
2) Select the NO STOP jARS program and set the sealing value:
PhASE DESCRIPTION
1 Enter "containers program" mode "by pressing the PUMP key.
2 Select the JARS NO STOP mode with the SEl selection key.
Sealing programming: press the PROG button for 3 seconds.

The display shows the programmed value.

Change the value. A number of LEDs proportional to the value switch on/off.
5 Confirm the value with PROG.
3) Position the bag, centred on the sealing bar , with the mouth projecting by approximately 2 cm with respect to
that same sealing bar
4) Position the EASy accessory
5) Start the cycle by lowering the lid.
6) When the vacuum in the bag is satisfactory, activate sealing by pressing the SEl key. At the end of the cycle, the lid
opens automatically.
7) Interruption of the cycle: pressing the STOP button
at any time, the machine immediately stops the cycle
and the chamber is decompressed.
