2. Mounting
2.1

Mounting in separate housing

The siren module is delivered with a plastic housing. The circuit board can be removed from the
housing for an easier installation.

Remove both screws holding the PCB

Bend the fastener with the arrester slightly downwards and remove the circuit board from the
•
fixing points.
Mount the plastic housing by means of three screws.
•
Place the circuit board into the holder and click it into place.
•
Attach PCB with 2 screws.
•
Screw the tear-off protection directly to the mounting surface.
•
Connect the circuit board, see chapter 3 "Connection diagram".
•
Set jumpers and DIP-switches, see chapter 4 "Setting the circuit board"
•
Perform "Final assembly" as per chapter 6.
•
Tear-off contact see chapter 5.1.

Installation at housing base of the central unit

Mount the circuit board at the housing base of the central unit by

means of the supplied mounting parts.
Use a metal screw to fix the edge of the circuit board marked

with "PE".
