- Press the knob fully down to activate the electronic
ignition and light the pilot burner.
- Hold the knob down for about 20 seconds before
releasing it. If the pilot flame goes out, repeat the
operation.
- The pilot " ame can be seen through the peep hole
on the control panel.
MAIN BURNER IGNITION
- Press and turn the knob from position " pilot on "
to position " max. flame " .
TURNING OFF
To switch the main burner off, turn the knob to
position " pilot on " .
To switch off the pilot flame, press and turn the
knob to position " Off " .
SWITCHING ON AND OFF
The energy regulator control knob has the
following positions:
OFF
MINIMUM POWER - HOLDING
INTERMEDIATE POWER - COOKING
MAXIMUM POWER
SWITCHING ON
Turn the energy regulator knob to any position
between "MIN" and "MAX".
The yellow indicator light switches on.
TURNING OFF
Turn the energy regulator knob to position " Off " .
The yellow indicator light switches off.
COOKING
- Fill the well.
- Turn the knob to position " 2 " .
- Light the burners.
- Adjust the heating accoding to your cooking
requirements.
When the chosen cooking position is other than "
MAX " , heating is intermittent. It switches on and
off automatically. The boiling intensity of the water
may vary visibly, but this has no effect on cooking.
When the heating switches off, the yellow
indicator light switches off too.
AT THE END OF SERVICE
- Switch the heating off.
- Switch the burners off.
- Empty the well completely.
- Turn the knob to position " 0 " .

USING THE ELECTRIC PASTA COOKER

The appliance is designed for boiling pasta, rice,
vegetables and similar foodstuffs in water.
The appliance is fitted with a pressure switch
which stops activation of heating in the event the
water in the well falls below the safety level
(approx. 12 cm).
To restore heating in the event the pressure
switch is tripped, top up the water level to the
minimum mark visible on the rear wall of the well.
While the fryer is on, the oil level must be
maintained in correspondence with or above the
minimun level mark indicated on the rear wall of
