Radio mode
Note:
u Any stations previously stored in
these memory banks are then
replaced by the newly discovered
stations.
If traffic information priority is
u
activated, the radio will only store
stations that provide traffic
information.
If PTY is activated (only DAF
u
RADIO LUXURY), the radio will
only store stations that are of the
currently selected programme
type.
u Select the desired waveband.
u Hold down the BND button ② for longer
than 2 seconds.
The storing process begins. "T-STORE" ap-
pears in the display ④. After the process has
completed, the radio plays the stations that
are stored at memory locations 1 - 6 ⑧ of the
FMT memory bank or MWT/LWT/KWT memory
bank.

Listening to stored stations

u Select the memory bank or waveband.
u Press the 1 - 6 station button ⑧ that is
assigned to the station you want to listen
to.
Scanning stored stations
(PRSTSCAN)
You can use this function to play all the station
presets stored in the current memory bank for
approximately 5 seconds each.

This function is only available if the
"PRSTSCAN" setting is selected for
keys ⑥ in the "KEY PRG"
the /
menu (please refer to the section
entitled "Button function program-
ming" in this chapter).
Starting scanning
button ⑥.
u Press the or
"PRSTSCAN" appears briefly in the
display ④. Each station preset stored in
the current memory bank is played for
approximately 5 seconds. The tuned
frequency or the station name is displayed
during this time.
Cancelling scanning
button ⑥.
u Press the or
Scanning stops. The radio stays tuned to the
station that was played last.
Scanning receivable stations
(BANDSCAN)
You can use the band scan function to play
all receivable stations for approximately 5
seconds each.
Note:
This function is only available if the
"BANDSCAN" setting is selected for
keys ⑥ in the "KEY PRG"
the /
menu (please refer to the section
entitled "Button function program-
ming" in this chapter).
