If priority for traffic information

is active, only stations that carry
traffic information will be saved.
If PTY is activated, only stations

f Select the desired waveband.
f Press and hold down the BND N button
for longer than two seconds.
The storing procedure begins. The display
shows "T-STORE". After the process has
completed, the radio will play the station that
is stored in memory location one of the FMT,
AMT, MWT, LWT or SWT memory banks.

Listening to stored stations

f Select the memory bank or waveband.
f Press the station button 1–6 L where
the desired station is stored.
Scanning through the preset sta-
tions (PRSTSCAN)
This function allows you to hear all the stored
stations for about 5 seconds each.
Note:
This function is only available if the
"PRSTSCAN" setting for the
H buttons has been selected in the
menu (see the section on "Setting
button functions" in this chapter).
Starting the scan
f Press the or H button.

Each station saved in the current memory bank
is played for about 5 seconds. At the same
time, the display shows the current frequency

Scanning receivable stations
(BANDSCAN)
This function allows you to scan all receivable
stations for about 5 seconds each.
Note:
This function is only available if the
"BANDSCAN" setting for the
H buttons has been selected in the
menu (see the section on "Setting
button functions" in this chapter).

"BANDSCAN" briefly appears on the display.
The device searches for stations in the current
waveband. Every station found is played for
about 5 seconds. At the same time, the display
shows the current frequency or the station
