TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

In the model described in this manual, the AFINOX cabinet is refrigerated by means of a forced air flow. All the materials
used in the manufacture of these units are guaranteed to be suitable for use with foodstuffs. The gases used in the refrigerat-
ing circuit are in compliance with current legal requirements.
Operation
The gas in the refrigerating circuit is first compressed and liquefied, then allowed to evaporate in the evaporator, which is
situated inside the refrigerated cabinet. This cycle leads to the absorption of heat from inside the cabinet, which is itself
cooled as a result. The heat produced is then dissipated to the outside environment by means of the condenser, which is
situated on the outside of the refrigerated cabinet.
Operation of the cabinet is governed by parameters that are set on the control panel.
For correct use of this manual, identify the model
via the specifications on the identification plate.
The unit is identified by the following parameters:
1. model
2. code
3. serial no.
4. job order
5. order
6. year of manufacture
7. noise
