8.2 Changing the torch neck

NOTICE
• Clean the gas nozzle interior regularly to remove weld spatter and spray it with original
ABICOR BINZEL anti-spatter fluid.
• Check the wear parts for visible damage and replace defective parts.

1 Remove gas nozzle (1).
2 Remove welding spatter and spray gas nozzle (1) and (2) using the ABICOR BINZEL anti-
spatter agent.
3 Check wear parts (2), (3), (4) for visible damage and replace them, if required.
