Welcome to use our electrical hand truck. This truck made
of special quality material and is designed to give a durable,
reliable and easy to use. For your safety and correct operation,
please carefully read this instruction and warnings on the
stacker before using it.
Note:
All of the information reported herein is based on data available
at the moment of printing. We reserve the right to modify our
own products at any moment withput notice and incurring in any
sanction. So, it is suggested to always verify possible updates.

2. Safety Guidance
2.1 Operator should read all warning signs on the truck and instructions here
before using it.
2.2 Do not operate this stacker unless you are familiar with it and have been
trained or authorized to do so.
2.3 Do not operate it unless you have checked its conditions. Pay special
attention to the wheels, the brake, the roller, the battery etc.
2.4 Do not use ut on slope
2.5 Do not lift persons. People could fall down and suffer severe injury.
2.6 When forks lifting, anyone is forbidden to touch the part where roller is moving.
2.7 Do not put the fott in front of the swivel wheel, injury could happen when
the gods lowering.
2.8 While the goods are in the course of transporting or lifting, all
unconcerned people should be away from the truck at least 600MM.
Nobody is permitted to stand under forks.
2.9 The weight of goods should be distributed on the two forks evenly, do not
use one single fork. The center of gravity of goods should be in the center
of two works.
2.10 Do not move the stacker when the forks are lifting, do not move the
stacker unless forks are lowered to a safety position while the stacker has
been loaded, injury could happen if the gods fall down.
2.11 Do not overloaded
2.12 Check the battery before using it, if not enough, please charge it immediately.
Charging should be in the dry and ventilated location, and far away from the fire.
2.13 This truck is not designed to be water resistant. If not using, please put it
in dry place and keep the forks in the lowest position.
2.14 Practice maintenance work according to service instructions.
2.15 At other special condition or place which can't supply protection
accordingly, the operator should be carefully to operate the truck.
3. Maintenance
3.1 Hydralic oil
Please check the oil level every month. The oil can be hydralic oil: ISO VG
32(GB11118-89). Its viscosity should be 32cSt at 40°C, total volume is about
1.3Olt. Change the oil every 12 months.
3.2 daily check and maintenance.
Daily inspection is effective to find the malfunction or fault on the truck. Check
the truck on the following points before operation.
1. Check if there is any scratch, bending or cracking on the truck
2. Check if there is any oil leakage from the cylinder
3. Check the voltage of the battery
4. Check if the movement of the wheels is smooth
5. Check the function of the brake
6. Check if all the bolts and nuts are tightened firmly.
CAUTION: Do not use lift table if any malfunction or fault on the truck. Check the
truck on the following points before operation.
3.3 Lubrication
Lubricate the following points every month.

4. opeRatinG Guidance
4.1. How to use the brake
CAUTION: Brake it when not moving in order to prevent injury-
The brake is equipped on the left side of the swivel caster.
1. Press the brake pedal to brake it.
2. Lift up the brake pedal to release the brake.
4.2 Lift and lower the forks
1. Do not overload the truck. Stay within its rated capacity.
2. Do not side or end load. Load must be distributed on at least 80% of table
area. If transport or stow the goods with stackers, please put the table off from
the forks.
3. Turn the emergency switch on the control panel clockwise, switch on the
power, push the control handle to the front, the forks will lift; Loose the control
handle, the forks stop lifting; otherwise, pull the control handle back, the forks
will lower.
CAUTION: Do not enter under the table or forks.
5. HoW to cHaRGe StoRaGe BatteRy
5.1 Charge storage battery when its voltage is less than 10 Volt.
5.2 We use the maintenance-free battery, normally, it needn't add water till the
life of the battery ended.
5.3 The charging, pull out the plug on the left of the truck, plug it in a socket
with requested voltage.
5.4 When charging, pull out the plug on the left of the truck, plug it in a socket
with requested voltage plug it out when the indicator light is on showing
the battery is fully charged.
5.5 If the truck not use for a long time, charge it at least one time one week
and each charging can't be less than 2 hours.
5.6 The voltage on the indicator should be over 16 Volt when charging.
5.7 Do not use the stacker when charging
6. contRoL paneL
6.1 emergency switch
When you press down this switch, it will switch off the power, and then you turn it
clockwise. It will switch the on power.
6.2 Voltage meter
This meter indicates the voltage of the battery. Charge storage battery when its
voltage is less than 10 Volt.
6.3 control handle
This handle control the lifting or lowering of the forks.
