To request maintenance assistance during or after the guarantee period, it is possible to call the phone number
above, or to contact us via fax or e-mail. Please be aware that interventions will be covered by the guarantee exclusively
when there is a difect in the product. The following cases shall not be covered by guarantee, therefore labour costs
and FASC call-out minimum charge will be charged to the customer: problems deriving from an inappropriate instal-
lation of the hood or of the suction pipe, revisions of the installation or of the operation, cleaning, consumables subject to
wear such as filters and bulbs, aesthetic components such as luminous screens, glass panes..., breakdowns caused by
electrical mains variations.
GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
INOXPAN, S.L. in its quality of producer of this apparatus, offers a guarantee of two years from date of purchase, covering
any manufacturing defects affecting its functionality, and the damages deriving from them.
During such period, the Company undertakes to substitute or repair without charge any parts which are defective because
of manufacturing flaw or defect of the apparatus until correct operation is achieved, in addition to the labour necessary and
the expenses relative to the repair or re-positioning, including company personnel travelling.
The present guarantee does not cover break-downs or defects deriving from incorrect use, improper installation, mal-
functions in electrical mains supply (see instruction manual), problems connected to transport or interventions by personnel
not belonging to the Company, not authorized by it or due to force majeure, such as in the case of light bulbs, glass parts,
plastics or enamels which were subjected to impact(s) due to the causes indicated above, and in the case the fumes
exhaust pipe the customer hood is to be installed on is not suitable for the purpose or the particular hood (see
instruction manual).
INOXPAN, S.L. declines all and any responsibility in connection with possible damage, direct or indirect, to peo-
ple or things, for breakdowns or defects of the apparatus, produced in consequence of improper handling or
unauthorized modification of said equipment.
This present guarantee shall be valid only when correctly filled in. It must detail model and serial number, con-
tain the factory or sales point stamp and must be accompanied by the purchase invoice reporting the date of
purchase.
The present guarantee shall not be valid if the apparatus is destined to non-household uses or uses different
from the intended one.
For anything not explicitly set out in the present Certificate, reference shall be made to the provisions of Legge Generale
per la Difesa di Consumatori e Utenti (Consumer Protection General Law), Law 26/84, of 19 July, in addition to Legge di
Regolamentazione del Commercio al Dettaglio (Regulations for Retail Trade), Law 7/96, of 13 Gennaio.
