FAN DISMOUNTING AND DISPOSAL
Air Basic 100 / 125 / 150
Disconnect the fan from power mains prior to any
operations on the device.
DISMOUNTING
1. Remove the front panel 1.
2. Remove the driver chamber cover 2 by unscrewing its two
screws 13 .
3. Disconnect the power supply and the connection cables at
the connection terminal of the driver 3 . Remove the driv-
er 3 from the fan housing 5.
4. Unscrew the screws of the fan housing 5 and remove it from
the installation site.
5. Remove the non-return valve 9 from the fan housing 5, then
carefully take off the valve shutter 8 from the non-return
valve 9.
6. Pull the impeller 7 from the motor 6.
7. Remove the impeller band 10
impeller 7.
8. Unscrew the motor screws 12 .
9. Remove the motor 6.
10. Remove the elastic washers 11.
NOTE: The plastic screwdriver 4 must only be used to adjust the
timer potentiometer.
