15. ATTACHMENTS ON REQUEST

15.1 BATTERIES

Different capacity batteries are available to suit
specific operating
requirements (Fig. 31).
The list of approved batteries for this machine
is found in the "Technical Data" table.
PROBABLE CAUSE
The cutting means is not
in good condition
Too high grass is being cut
close to the ground
The line is stuck to itself
Not enough line on the
reel or reel empty
The line is worn and too short
The line is tangled on the reel or broken Remove the line from the reel

Loose or damaged parts.
Machine damaged.
Severe working conditions
requiring greater
current absorption
Battery is insufficient for
operating requirements
Decrease in battery capacity
Battery is not correctly inserted
in the battery charger

Proceed with cutting means
maintenance (par. 8.1)
Cut tall grass with a top down
movement to avoid accumulations.
Lubricate with silicone spray
Replace the line (chapter 8.1.3.)
Pull the line while pressing the release button
and
rewind it (chapter 8.1.3)
Turn off the machine, remove the battery and:
- inspect for damage;
- check for and tighten any loose parts;
- have all replacements or repairs carried
out by an authorised service centre.

15.2 BATTERY CHARGER

Device used to recharge the battery (Fig. 32).

15.3 BATTERY HOLDER HARNESS

This accessory is designed and built to
house the battery in a way that eases the
use of the product, reducing the overall
weight of the hand-held machine (Fig. 33).
