Before you start

Assembly

Read the operator's manual carefully to ensure that you assemble the product correctly.
Never perform maintenance or assembly procedures with engine running.
Using a product that has been incorrectly assembled could lead to an accident or serious injury.
Install vacuum tube
1. Knob

Install debris bag
1. Vacuum elbow
1. Debris bag
WARNING
2. Housing cover
Before you start
1. Turn knob anticlockwise until hinged housing cover is free to
open for vacuum tube installation.
2. Opening housing cover, slide recess (H) on vacuum tube
into locking rib (J) , and turn the vacuum tube clockwise so
that it would be locked.
NOTE
Engine will not start/operate unless safety interlock switch (K)
is activated by the vacuum tube.
1. Stand unit upright on blower base.
2. Align locking ribs (A) on the vacuum elbow with recesses (B)
in fan case. Assure short locking rib (C) faces downward.
Slide the vaccum elbow into fan case until a clicking sound
is heard.
3. Place debris bag opening over flared end of vacuum elbow,
and cinch debris bag securely at the position (L) with Velcro
strap.
