FIRE HAZARD The safety switch (5) should not be manipulated or blocked to allow the

Check whether the power socket is supplying voltage. Check your mains fuses if necessary.
The fan heater does not heat up
Make sure that the operating mode switch (4) is turned to "I" or "II".
Check the position of the thermostat (7) and, if required, turn it as far right as it'll go.

The heating element is faulty. Contact the service department.

Maintenance / cleaning

Maintenance

Maintenance work is required if the fan heater has been damaged, liquids or objects have
got inside the device, the fan heater has been exposed to rain or moisture or if the fan
heater is not functioning properly or has been dropped. If you notice any smoke, unusual
noises or smells, switch off the fan heater immediately and remove the plug from the
socket. If this happens, you must stop using the fan heater until it has been checked by a
specialist. All maintenance work should only be carried out by qualified specialists. Never
open the housing of the fan heater.
