SAFETY MEASURES
Read these instructions carefully before using
the deep fryer. Keep this instruction during
the whole operation period. Use the unit only
for its intended purposes as described in this
manual. Improper usage of the unit can lead
to its damage; do harm to a user or his/her
property.
• Before plug in the appliance, make sure
that your home electricity supply cor-
responds to the voltage specified on the
unit.
• The power cord is equipped with a "euro
plug"; insert it into the socket with a
secure grounding.
• In order to avoid risk of electric shock or
fire, do not use adapters when connect-
ing the unit to the socket.
• Place the unit on the flat stable heat-
resistant surface in a way that the access
to the power socket is easy.
• Use the unit in places with good ventila-
tion. To avoid fire do not place the unit

near the curtains or draperies, do not
cover it during the operation.
• Do not place the unit near inflammable
objects, carton, paper or plastic.
• Provide that the power cord does not
hang over the table, contact hot surfaces
or sharp edges.
• Do not use the unit outdoors.
• Do not switch on the unit if there is no oil
in the bowl.
• Never leave the operating unit unattend-
ed, and in case when oil for frying does
not cool off.
• Do not bend over the unit in order to avoid
burns.
• Do not leave the lid opened during opera-
tion of the unit.
• Be careful: during operation the body of
the unit heats up, do not touch hot sur-
faces.
• Provide that the oil level in the deep fryer
is not below the minimum mark and is not
above the maximum mark.
• When operating with hot oil use only heat-
resistant kitchen accessories with ther-
mally insulated handles.
• Never pour out hot oil, let it cool off.
• If possible put dry ingredients into the
unit, as even if little water gets into hot oil,
it will lead to splashing of oil.
• Do not overload the unit with products. It
can lead to their burning.
• In case of oil burning, unplug the unit and
cover with a thick, non-burning cloth if
possible.
NEVER POUR OUT WATER ON FIRE!
• Do not move the unit until oil for frying
does not cool off completely. Use handles
on the body of the unit to carry the unit.
• Unplug the unit before cleaning or when
you do not use it.
• When disconnecting the unit from a sock-
et, do not pull the cord; hold the plug with
your hand.
• Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
• Do not use the unit near a kitchen sink; do
not subject it to moisture.
• In order to avoid the risk of electric shock
