- Subsequent to disconnecting the power and opening the cov-
er, identify and replace the fuse with an identical one.

sonnel.

ment of parts operations, refer exclusively to authorised
Jacuzzi® retailers and Service Centres.

Troubleshooting...

NOTE: in the case of abnormal operation, also refer to the indi-
cations provided by the main spa-pack electrical box (refer to
the relative documentation).
The device does not switch on
- Check that it is powered (switch is on, the electrical system is work-
ing).
- Check that the fuse is not burnt (refer to "Replacing the fuse").
The spa-pack pump does not work
- Check that the switch in the spa-pack is on.
- Check that there are no operation errors with the main spa-pack
pump (refer to the relative documentation).
Tripping of the external alarm (the display shows the sym-
bol
) and stops the device if necessary
- Check that the water temperature is not too high (refer also to "in-
sufficient H
O").

- Check that there is enough reactant and if necessary, replace it (re-
fer to "Reactant replacement").
- Check that the pipes connected to the measurement unit are not
blocked.
- Check that the water supply to the measurement unit is not
blocked.
- Check that the measurement unit is not dirty; proceed with clean-
ing it (refer to "Cleaning the measurement unit").
- The measurement unit cables may be damaged. Consult a Jacuz-
zi® Service Centre.
- The spotlight may be faulty. Contact a Jacuzzi® Service Centre.
The display shows the symbol
- The measurement archive is full, back-up the data (see "Displaying,
set up and back-up of the values") and/or delete the data.
The display presents "std by"
- The filtering cycle has been suspended/interrupted (refer to the
main spa-pack documentation).
- Check that there are no operation errors with the main spa-pack
pump (refer to the relative documentation).
The display presents "errore cloro" (chloro error)
- This may be owing to an extremely low chlorine concentration with-
in the spa water, which the device fails to increase during a specific
time frame (if after a few attempts, the device does not manage to
raise the minimal chlorine concentration, operation is suspended).
- Check that the chlorine solution within the respective tank is still
effective.
- WARNING: when carrying out manual chlorination (for ex-
ample, with the "shock" treatment or super-chlorination), the
chlorine concentration remains too high (it is recommend that
you do not enter the water): this may turn the reactant an al-
most transparent colour and stops the appliance from indicat-
ing the effective chlorine quantity present. The consequence
being that the device may continue to add chlorine, resulting
in overdosage. For this reason, manual chlorination must be
carried out when the device is off.
The display indicates that a sensor is faulty
- Check that the sensor indicated is clean and/or not damaged: also
check that the protective cap has been removed before being insert-
ed into the relevant container.
- Check that the sensor is connected to the device correctly.
NOTE: where the "Bontà sonda" (Sensor reliability) parameter
presents an OFFSET value over ± 100 mV and/or GAIN value
under 50 %, the sensor must be replaced.
Contact an authorized Jacuzzi® service centre.
The display presents "mancanza H
- Check that the circuit releasing water into the measurement unit
and sensor container is working correctly.
