Changement de la chaîne à rouleaux (suite)
Kette einbauen:
10 Einziehdraht einziehen.
11 Neue Kette an Einziehhilfe hängen
und bis zum Umlenkkopf
durchziehen.
12 Kettenende hochhalten, Gleitstück
in Umlenkkopf einsetzen.
13 Kette im oberen Führungsprofil bis
zum Antriebskopf vorziehen.
14 Kette auf Antriebsrad auflegen.
15 Kettenräder drehen, Kettenenden
am Spannrad zusammenführen und
mit Kettenschloss verschließen.
16 Kettenspanner nach unten stellen.
17 Kette durchdrehen und ölen mit
2 ... 3g Öl/m Kette (z. B. Structovis
GHD von Fa. Klüber).
18 Abdeckungen montieren.
19 Schutzkastenhälfte montieren.
20 Getriebemotor auf Kupplung
stecken (dabei nicht verkan-
ten), Gewindebolzen der
4 Sechskantschrauben M6x18 in
Gewindelöchern M6 des Getriebes
mit Sechskantschlüssel SW10
befestigen (Anzugsdrehmoment 20
Nm)

Installing the chain:
10 Retract retractable wire.
11 Hang new chain on retractable aid
and pull through to return head.
12 Hold end of chain up, position
sliding piece in return head.
13 Pull chain up to drive head in upper
guide profile.
14 Lay chain on drive wheel.
15 Rotate chain wheels, bring ends of
chain together at the tension wheel
and close with master link.
16 Lower the chain tensioner.
17 Rotate chain through and lubricate
with 2...3g oil/m chain (e.g.
Structovis GHD by Klüber)
18 Mount coverings.
19 Mount protective housing half.
20 Place the gear motor on the
coupling (do not tilt) and fasten the
threaded bolts of the 4 M6x18 hex
screws in the M6 threaded holes of
the gear using a SW10 hex wrench
(tightening torque 20 Nm).

Monter la chaîne :
10 Insérer le fil métallique de tirage.
11 Accrocher la nouvelle chaîne à
l'aide de tirage et la tirer jusqu'à la
tête de renvoi.
12 Maintenir l'extrémité de la chaîne
vers le haut, placer la pièce
coulissante dans la tête de renvoi.
13 Faire passer la chaîne dans le
profilé de guidage jusqu'à la tête
d'entraînement.
14 Placer la chaîne sur la roue
d'entraînement.
15 Faire tourner les roues de la chaîne,
réunir les extrémités de la chaîne sur
la roue tendeuse et les relier avec
un maillon raccord.
16 Positionner le tendeur de chaîne
vers le bas.
17 Patiner la chaîne et la lubrifier avec
2 ... 3 g d'huile/m (p. ex. Structovis
GHD de la sté Klüber).
18 Monter les couvercles.
19 Monter les carters de protection.
20 Connecter le moto-réducteur sur le
couplage (sans l'incliner) et fixer les
boulons filetés des 4 vis à six pans
M6x18 dans les trous filetés M6 de
l'engrenage avec une clé à six pans
SW10 (couple de serrage 20 Nm).
