The cutting edges of the chopping knife (12)
are very sharp and dangerous. Handle the knife
(12) very carefully when dismantling the unit or
removing the processed food from the bowl and
during cleaning!
– Holding the drive (5) by the upper part, set it into
the bowl (4) on the axis (3).
– Put the products meant for processing into the
bowl (4).
– Set the lid (6) on the bowl (4) matching the marks
«█» and «
» and then rotate it clockwise till the
marks «█» and « » match.
– Place the pusher (7) into the feeding chute of the
lid (6).
– Select the required knives rotation speed with the
operation mode switch (2), for short time operation
use the pulse mode, to switch the pulse mode on,
turn and hold the switch (2) knob in the position «P».
– During the operation you can add the required
ingredients through the lid (6) feeding chute after
removing the pusher (7).
– After the unit operation is finished, set the oper-
ation mode switch (2) to the «0» position and
unplug the unit.
– Remove the lid (6) rotating it counterclockwise.
– Remove the drive (5) with the chopping knife (12),
remove the knife (12) from the drive (5).
Attention! The chopping knife (12) blades are
sharp, hold it only by the central part.
– Remove the bowl (4) from the motor unit (1) by
turning it counterclockwise.
– Take the chopped products out of the bowl (4).
– Wash and dry all the used parts immediately after
the end of operation.
– Set the plastic protective covers on the chopping
knife (12) blades.
Attention!
Follow the described sequence of operations
strictly.
The continuous operation time is 1 minute; make at
least 1 minute breaks between operation cycles.
Make a 90 minute break after 10 operation cycles.

MAKING DOUGH

Use the attachment (13) to make dough. Do not make
more than 330 g dough at a time (with water and flour
proportion 4:6).
The processor for making dough is assembled in the
same way as the processor for chopping products
(see the «CHOPPING PRODUCTS» section), but you
should install the dough kneading attachment (13) in-
stead of the chopping knife (12).
Attention!
The continuous operation time is 1 minute; make
at least 1 minute breaks between operation cy-

cles. Make a 90 minute break after 10 operation
cycles.
BEATING/MIXING PRODUCTS
Use the attachment (14) for beating cream, eggs,
making mayonnaise, sauces or for kneading liquid
dough; you can also use this attachment for mixing
liquid products.
The processor for making dough is assembled in the
same way as the processor for chopping products
(see the «CHOPPING PRODUCTS» section), but you
should install the beating/mixing attachment (14) in-
stead of the chopping knife (12).
Attention!
The continuous operation time is 1 minute; make
at least 1 minute breaks between operation cy-
cles. Make a 90 minute break after 10 operation
cycles.
CITRUS JUICE EXTRACTOR
Make juice of oranges, tangerines, lemons or other
citrus fruit. Cut citrus fruit into halves preliminary.
WARNING: Before assembling make sure that the
power plug is not inserted into the socket.
– Set the axis (3) on the motor unit (1).
– Set the bowl (4) on the motor unit (1) matching the
marks «» and « ». Turn the bowl (4) clockwise
until the marks «» and « » match. If the bowl
is set properly, you'll hear a click of the blocking
system.
– Install the citrus juice extractor separator (15) on
the axis (3) matching the marks «█» and «
and then turn the separator (15) clockwise till the
marks «█» and «
»match.
– Install the cone (16).
– Set the operation modes switch (2) to the posi-
tion «1».
WARNING: When using the citrus juice extractor
attachment, switch the processor on only at the
first rotation speed of the cone (16).
– Carefully press a half of a citrus fruit on the rotating
cone (16) until you extract all the juice.
– After the unit operation is finished, set the oper-
ation mode switch (2) to the «0» position and
unplug the unit.
– Remove the citrus juice extractor separator (15)
together with the cone (16) by turning the separa-
tor counterclockwise.
– Remove the bowl (4) from the motor unit (1) by
turning it counterclockwise.
– Pour the extracted juice out of the bowl (4).
– Wash and dry all the used parts immediately after
the end of operation.
