Note: For making high-quality coffee always heat up
the filter (16) and the filter holder (15) preliminary.
– Make sure that the unit is switched off (the button
indicators are not lighting), and the steam supply
knob (11) is set to the position «OFF».
– Remove the water tank (10) and fill it with cold water
till the «MAX» mark.
– Cover the tank (10) with the lid (9) and place it on the
coffee maker body (3).
– Install the filter (16) into the holder (15) (pic. 1).
– Add ground coffee into the filter (16), slightly tamp
the ground coffee with the back side of the measur-
ing spoon (17) and attach the filter holder (15) to
the coffee maker boiler; to do this, place the filter
holder handle (13) as shown on the picture 2, then
turn it to the right till bumping (pic. 3).
– Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
– Press the button (6)

– Wait till the boiler heats up (the button (6)

– Place a suitable cup on the grid (2).
Note: The coffee cups should be preheated; to do this,
place the cups on the tray (8), during water heating in
the boiler the tray (8) heats up too.
– Press the water supply button (4)
Watch the cup filling, if necessary, stop water sup-
ply by pressing the button (4)
Note:
• During coffee maker operation the indicator of but-
ton (6)
will flash or light constantly from time
to time, showing the heating element operation; this
operation mode maintains the boiler temperature
within the set range.
• Watch the coffee making process, if necessary,
stop the water supply by pressing the button (4 or
5) again.
• After you finish making coffee, some water may drip
from the filter holder (15) openings, it is normal.
• Control the tray (1) filling, periodically pour out the
liquid from it and wash it with water.
– Switch the coffee maker off pressing the button (6)
, the button indicator will go out.
– Wait till the coffee maker cools down and remove
the filter holder (15). To do this, turn the handle (13)
to the left till bumping.
– Remove the filter (16) from the holder (15), remove
the ground coffee remnants and wash the filter (16).
Making cappuccino
Attention! Be careful to avoid burns by hot steam going
out of the cappuccinator pipe (12).
Make coffee as described in the chapter «Making
espresso». Use a cup of such capacity so it has enough
space for adding frothed milk or cream to the coffee.
Froth the milk in a separate bowl and add it to the coffee.

Attention! When switching the steam supply mode
on, some water may drip from the boiler; be careful
to avoid burns by hot water drops.
– Take a narrow high glass (preferably a metal one),
and fill it with cold milk or cream approximately by
1/3.
– Put the tip of the cappuccinator pipe (12) into the
glass and turn the knob (11) counterclockwise. The
tip of the cappuccinator pipe should not touch the
bottom of the glass, as this can prevent the steam
release; with certain skill you can make frothed milk
in several seconds.
Note:
• The first portion of steam may contain some wa-
ter; that's why it is necessary to release the steam
into appropriate container during several seconds.
Then stop the steam supply with the knob (11) and
use the cappuccinator pipe (12) to make frothed
milk.
• The steam intensity is controlled by turning the
knob (11).
– Switch the steam supply off by setting the knob (11)
to the position «OFF».
– Switch the coffee maker off pressing the button (7)
, the button indicator will go out.
Important notes
– Milk used for making frothed milk must be fresh and
contain no additives, do not use so-called «long
storage» milk.
– It is recommended to use whole milk with fat con-
tent from 4 to 6%, cream fat content should be not
less than 10%.
– Clean the cappuccinator pipe (12) and the tip right
after milk or cream frothing: to do this, put the cap-
puccinator pipe into a glass of water, setting the
knob (11) to the position «ON», then switch the
steam supply off and switch the coffee maker off.
– Wait till the coffee maker cools down, detach the
attachment from the cappuccinator pipe (12) and
remove the tip from the cappuccinator pipe (12),
turning it counterclockwise, wash the tip under a
water jet and attach it back to the cappuccinator
pipe (12).
– Always check that there are no dried milk remnants
in the opening of the cappuccinator pipe (12) tip.
Warming the drinks
You can warm up your drinks by putting the cappuccina-
tor pipe (12) into the cup.
– Press the button (7)
ply on and wait till the button (7)
stops flashing.
– Put the cappuccinator pipe (12) into the cup with the
drink you want to warm up.
