GARANZIA
La garanzia è riconosciuta nei termini e modi specificati sui
documenti allegati alla dotazione della macchina. In caso
di impiego per noleggio, la garanzia non è riconosciuta.
Nota: la garanzia del motore è riconosciuta dal costruttore
del motore stesso, nei termini e modi specificati sui docu-
menti allegati alla dotazione della macchina.
CERTIFICATI E DICHIARAZIONI
Per tutelare l'acquirente sul prodotto acquistato, vengono
rilasciati: una Dichiarazione di Conformità ed una Dichiara-
zione di Consegna con Certificato di Garanzia.
GUARANTEE
The guarantee is recognized according to the terms and
rules indicated on the documents furnished with the machi-
ne. For rental use, guarantee is not granted.
Note: The engine guarantee is recognized by the builder of
the engine according to the terms and rules indicated on
the documents furnished with the machine.
CERTIFICATES AND DECLARATIONS
In order to protect the Buyer on the bought product, a Con-
formity Declaration and a Supply Declaration with Gua-
rantee Certificate are released.
GARANTIE
La garantie est reconnue selon les modes et les termes
indiqués sur les documents fournis avec la machine. En
cas de location, la garantie n'est pas reconnue.
Note: La garantie du moteur est reconnue par le construc-
teur du moteur selon les modes et les termes indiqués sur
les documents fournis avec la machine.
CERTIFICATS ET DECLARATIONS
Toutes les machines sont accompagnées d'un Certificat de
Conformité et d'une Déclaration de livraison avec Certificat
de Garantie.
GARANTIA
La garantia es reconocida en término y modo especificados
sobre documento adjunto a la dotación de la máquina. En
caso de empleo para alquiler, la garantía no tiendrà valor.
Nota: La garantia del motor es reconocida por el constructor
del mismo, en término y modo especificados sobre docu-
mento adjunto a la dotación de la máquina.
CERTIFICADOS Y DECLARACIONES
Para amparar el Comprador sobre el producto adquirido, el
Constructor otorga una Declaración de Conformidad y una
Declaración de Entrega con Certificado de Garantia.
GARANTIE
Die Garantie gemäß der mitgelieferte Dokumentation ist
anerkannt. Im Mietfall ist die Garantie nicht anerkannt.
Anmerkung: die Garantie auf den Motor wird vom Werk
selbst gelestet; siehe mitgelieferte Dokumentation.
BESCHEINIGUNGEN UND DEKLARATIONEN
Um der Käufer gegenüber des gekauften Produktes zu
schützen, werden eine Gemäßheitsbescheinigung und
eine Lieferungsdeklaration mit Garantiebescheinigung er-
laßt.
DICHIARAZIONE DI CONFORMITA'
Garantisce l'utilizzatore finale che la macchina è stata pro-
gettata e costruita al fine di raggiungere i livelli di sicurezza
previsti dalla Direttiva Europea.
DICHIARAZIONE DI CONSEGNA E GARANZIA
L'acquirente sottoscriverà la Dichiarazione di Consegna
dopo essere stato informato del funzionamento della mac-
china dal Rivenditore Autorizzato.
Si raccomanda di restituire al più presto la copia per il
Costruttore e di conservare la propria in quanto ser-
virà come riferimento per il periodo di garanzia della
macchina.
CONFORMITY DECLARATION
It grants the end user that the machine has been designed
and built in order to get the security levels foreseen by the
European Directive.
SUPPLY DECLARATION AND GUARANTEE
The Buyer will subscribe the Supply Declaration after ha-
ving been informed by the dealer, on the operation per-
formed by the machine.
It is advisable to send back the copy for the Manu-
facturer as soon as possible, and to keep the personal
copy, as it will be necessary as reference during the
guarantee period of the machine.
DÉCLARATION DE CONFORMITÉ
Garantit l'utilisateur final que la machine a été projetée et
construite pour parvenir à les niveaux de sécurité prévus
par la Directive Européenne.
DÉCLARATION DE LIVRAISON ET GARANTIE
L'acheteur souscrit la déclaration de livraison après avoir
été instruit sur le fonctionnement de la machine par le re-
vendeur.
Le feuillet destiné au constructeur devra être renvoyé
au plus tôt et nous recommandons à l'acheteur de
bien conserver sa copie qui attestera de la date de mi-
se en service de la machine pour la garantie.
DECLARACIÓN DE CONFORMIDAD
Asegura a el utilizador final que la máquina a sido ideada y
construida para alcanazar los niveles de seguridad previ-
stos por la Directiva CE 89/392.
DECLARACIÓN DE ENTREGA Y GARANTIA
El comprador subscriverá la Declaración de Entrega de-
spués de haber recibido todas las informacciones sobre el
funcionamiento de la máquina por el Revendedor Autori-
zado. Recomandamos de restituir el ejemplar por el
Constructor lo más pronto posible y de conservar su
proprio ejemplar, esto es el ríferimiento por el período
de Garantía de la máquina.
GEMAßHEITSBESCHEINIGUNG
Diese bescheinigt den Endverbraucher, dass die Maschine
projektiert und herzeugt wurde, um die Sicherheitsniveau
zu erreichen, das vom Europäische Richtlinie vorgesehen
ist.
LIEFERUNGS- UND GARANTIEERKLÄRUNG
Der Käufer wird die Lieferungserklärung unterschreiben
nachdem er geeignete Informationen über das Betrieb der
Maschine vom authorisierten Verkäufer bekommt hat.
Man empfehlt Ihnen die Kopie der Herzeuger bald wie-
der wu senden und eigene Kopie wu bewahren, da
diese als Bezug für die Garantiezeit der Maschinen
dienen wird.
