LUBRIFICAZIONE E MANUTENZIONE
Un'adeguata manutenzione ed una corretta lubrificazione
contribuiscono a mantenere la macchina sempre in perfet-
ta efficienza. La macchina viene fornita completa di lubrifi-
canti; controllare comunque i livelli dell'olio prima d'iniziare
il lavoro. Controllare che tutte le viti ed i dadi siano sempre
ben serrati, in modo particolare i dadi che fissano gli attrez-
zi alla macchina, i dadi che fissano le ruote e quelli che
fissano il motore.
FRIZIONE PRINCIPALE: in origine, la posizione della leva
A (fig.24) risulta normale. Con l'usura della frizione la stes-
sa leva si può aprire molto risultando scomoda da azionare
LUBRICATION AND MAINTENANCE
A proper maintenance and lubrication will help keep the
machine in a perfect working condition. The machine is de-
livered full of lubricants, however check oil levels before
starting work. Check that all screws and nuts are well tigh-
tened; particularly nuts that fix the attachments to the ma-
chine, the nuts that fix wheels and the ones fixing the en-
gine.
MAIN CLUTCH: originally, the position of A lever (fig.24) is
normal. As clutch wears out the same lever could have a
wider opening, being so uneasy to use, this means that it is

Un entretien efficace et une lubrification correcte contri-
buent à garder toujours la machine en état de parfait ren-
dement. La machine est livrée complète avec le lubrifiant:
contrôler toutefois le niveau de l'huile avant de commencer
le travail. Contrôler que toutes les vis et écrous soient bien
serrés, en particulier les écrous qui fixent les outils à la
machine, les écrous qui fixent les roues et ceux qui fixent
le moteur.
EMBRAYAGE PRINCIPAL: en origine la position du levièr
A (fig.24) résulte normale. Suite à l'usure de la friction, la

Una correcta manutención y una correcta lubrificación con-
tribuyen a mantener la máquina siempre en perfecto esta-
do. La máquina viene proveída completamente de lubri-
cante; controlar el nivel de aceite antes de iniciar el tra-
bajo. Controlar que todas las tuercas y los tornillos estén
siempre bien apretados, sobre todo los tornillos que fijan
los aperos a la máquina, los tornillos que fijan las ruedas y
los que fijan el motor.
EMBRAGUE PRINCIPAL: en origen, la posición de la pa-
lanca A (fig.24) es normal. Por el desgaste del enchufe, la
palanca misma puede abrirse mucho acabando à ser dificil

Eine vorschriftsmäßige Wartung und Schmierung sind für
die einwandfreie Funktion der Maschine von ausschlagge-
bender Bedeutung. Die Maschine wird mit Schmiermit-
telfüllung ausgeliefert. Dennoch muß der Ölstand vor der
Inbetriebnahme kontrolliert werden.
Prüfen, dass alle Schrauben und Muttern, besonders Mut-
tern, welche das Arbeitsgerät mit der Maschine befestigen,
und die Muttern, mit welchen die Räder und der Motor
befestigt sind, fest angezogen sind.
HAUPT KUPPLUNG: Ursprünglich ist die Stellung des He-
bels A (Abb.24) normal. Im Laufe der Zeit mit dem Ver-

MOTORE: per gli intervalli di manutenzione seguire le nor-
me contenute nel libretto uso e manutenzione del motore.

ore di lavoro e sostituirlo ogni 50 ore.
Impiegare sempre olio di buona qualità tipo BCS Power
Lube H3 SAE 15W-40 (ACEA A3-08/B3-08, API SL/CF,
API EC I, VW 500/505.00).
Per i motori che hanno il filtro aria con elemento filtrante di
carta occorre pulirlo con aria oppure sostituirlo se è molto
intasato.

ENGINE: For the maintenance intervals follow the instruc-
tions given in the operating manual of engine. You should
check the oil level every 4 hours of work and replace it

40 (ACEA A3-08/B3-08, API SL/CF, API EC I, VW 500/
505.00).
For the engines having the air filter with the paper filter,
clean this element with air or replace if it is very obstructed.

505.00). Pour les moteurs qui ont le filtre à air avec élé-
ment filtrant en papier, le nettoyer à l'air comprimé ou le
remplacer s'il est très obstrué.

Reponer siempre con aceite de tipo BCS PowerLube H3
SAE 15W 40 (ACEA A3-08/B3-08, API SL/CF, API EC I,
VW 500/ 505.00). Para los motores que tengan el filtro de
aire con elemento filtrante de papel, debera pulirlo con aire
o bien sustituirlo si está muy sucio.

MOTOR: Die Schmierung muß in den im Motorhandbuch
vorgeschriebenen Zeitabständen vorgenommen werden.
Der Ölstand soll grundsätzlich alle 4 Arbeitsstunden kon-
trolliert werden. Der Ölwechsel ist nach jeweils 50 Arbeits-
stunden geprüft werden. Immer ein Öl BCS PowerLube
H3 SAE 15W 40 (ACEA A3-08/B3-08, API SL/CF, API EC
I, VW 500/ 505.00). Der Luftfilter mit filtrierendem Papier-
element muß mit Luftdruck gereinigt werden. Sollte es sehr
verstopft sein, muß er ersetzt werden.
