SCATOLA CAMBIO: controllare il livello dell'olio settimanalmente to-
gliendo il tappo A e verificando che, a macchina orizzontale, l'olio arri-
vi tra le due tacche B/C (fig.23). Se occorre, aggiungere olio per cam-
bi idromeccanici BCS Power Lube W7 SAE 80W/90 (API GL-5). So-
stituire l'olio la prima volta dopo 20 ore di lavoro e, successivamente,
ogni 100 ore o almeno una volta l'anno.
SOSTITUZIONE DEL FILTRO E PULIZIA DEL TAPPO MAGNETI-
CO: il cambio è dotato di filtro G e di tappo magnetico H (fig. 23/1); il
filtro cod.58056208 (Ø 66 mm / alt. 61 mm / M20x1.5 femmina) serve
a filtrare le impurità presenti nell'olio ed il tappo magnetico per cattu-
rare i residui ferrosi che si formano durante l'uso della macchina e
che potrebbero compromettere il funzionamento del circuito idraulico
della trasmissione.
GEARBOX: Check oil level weekly, removing cap A. Also check that
with the horizontal machine, oil reaches the two notches B/C (fig.23).
If necessary, add hydromechanical transmission oil BCS PowerLube
W7 SAE 80W/90 (API GL-5). The first oil change should be perfor-
med after 20 working hours, subsequently after every 100 hours, or at
least once a year.
FILTER REPLACEMENT AND MAGNETIC CAP CLEANING: the
gearbox is fitted with a mesh filter G and magnetic cap H (fig.23/1);
the filter, code 58056208 (Ø 66mm / height 61mm / M20 x1.5 female)
is used to filter the impurities present in the oil and the magnetic cap
captures the ferrous residue which is formed as the machine is used
and which could impair the normal operation of the hydraulic circuit of
the transmission.
BOITE DE VITESSES: contrôler le niveau de l'huile toutes les semai-
nes en ôtant le bouchon A et en contrôlant que, avec la machine hori-
zontale, l'huile atteigne les deux marques B/C (fig.23). Si nécessaire,
ajouter de l'huile pour transmission hydromécanique BCS PowerLu-

be W7 SAE 80W/90 (API GL-5). Pour la première fois, changer la
huile après 20 heures de travail, par la suite, toutes les 100 heures ou
au moins une fois par an.
CHANGEMENT DU FILTRE ET NETTOYAGE DU BOUCHON MA-
GNETIQUE: la boîte de vitesses est muni de filtre à grille G et bou-
chon magnétique H (fig.23/1); le filtre cod. 58056208 (Ø 66mm/ hau-
teur 61mm/ M20x1,5 femelle) sert pour filtrer les impuretés présentes
dans l'huile et le bouchon magnétique pour capturer les résidus fer-
reux qui se forment pendant l'utilisation de la machine et qui pour-
raient compromettre le fonctionnement du circuit hydraulique de la
transmission.

bajo y posteriormente cada 100 horas o por lo menos una vez al año.
SUSTITUCIÓN DEL FILTRO Y LIMPIEZA DEL TAPÓN MAGNÉ-
TICO: el cambio está dotado de filtro G y tapón magnético H (fig.
23/1). El filtro cód. 58056208 (Ø 66mm / altura 61mm / M20x1,5 hem-
bra) sirve para filtrar las impurezas presentes en el aceite y el tapón

magnético para capturar los residuos ferrosos que se forman durante
el uso de la máquina y que podrían comprometer el funcionamiento
del circuito hidráulico de la transmisión.
GETRIEBEKASTEN: Den Ölstand wöchentlich nach Entfernen der
Füllschraube A kontrollieren. Bei flach stehender Maschine muss das
Öl bis zu den beiden Markierungen B/C (Abb.23) reichen. Bei Bedarf
Öl für hydromechanische Getriebe Umsteuerung BCS PowerLube
W7 SAE 80W /90 (API GL-5) auffüllen. Das Öl zum ersten Mal nach
20 Betriebsstunden und dann alle 100 Stunden bzw. mindestens ein-
mal pro Jahr wechseln.
FILTER ERSETZEN UND MAGNETDECKEL REINIGEN: das Ge-
triebe verfügt über einen Filter G und einen Magnetdeckel H (Bild
23/1); der Filter Best.-Nr. 58056208 (Ø 66mm / Höhe 61mm / M20
x1,5 Aufnahme) filtert die Unreinheiten im Öl und der Magnetdeckel
zieht die Eisenreste an, die sich während des Maschinengebrauchs
ablagern und den Betrieb des Hydraulikkreislaufs des Antriebs beein-
trächtigen könnten.
