Pause time

Data backup:
The present operating status and the part of the pause time
alrea dy lapsed are stored when the machine contact/ignition
switch is disconnected/switched off.
Reconne ction:
When reconnecting the machine cont act/ignition switch, t he
re maining pause time will continue lapsing f rom where it had
been interrupted. I t will continue lapsing until the pause time
set on the blue rota ry switch (see fi g. PCB 6) will be reached.
Pause time settings should be adapted to the ope rating cycles
re quired for the respective application (see chapter "Pause
time setting", PCB 6).
Data backup:
The present operating status and the part of the lubricating
time already lapsed are stored whe n the machine contact/
ignition switch is disconnected/switched off.
Reconne ction:
When reconnecting the machine cont act/ignition switch, t he
re maining lubricating time will conti nue lapsing from where it
had been inte rrupted. It will continue lapsing until the lubri-
cating time set on the re d rotary swit ch (see f ig. PCB 7) will be
re ached.
Lubricating time settings should be adapted to the lubricant
re quirement of the respe ctive application (see chapter "Lu-
bricating time setting", PCB 7).
Data backup:
Even if the operating voltage is switched off, the times lapsed
will be stored indefinitely (in the EEPROM).
Reconne ction:
When the power supply is switched on again the control unit
continues to operate from the point where it had bee n inter-
rupted.
To set the pause or lubricating time, remove the cover on
the pump housing.

IMPORTANT
Upon completion of the time setting, make
sure to firmly close the cover lid again.
NOTE
To reset a jumper (see fig. PCB 5) rem ove
the printed circuit board.
Whenever t he pump housing has been
opened (e. g. for replacing of the p.c.b. ), the
housing cover (including the foam ed seal)
m ust be replaced.
