We advise infrared sittings of approx.
20-30 minutes, depending on your
individual sense.
Take a seat with your back directly to
the back radiator and lean back. After
approx. 10-15 minutes you will begin to
transpire, gently but intensively.
By using the control panel you can set

Enjoy your b-intense
® infrared cabin
with pleasure if you want on a daily
basis.
A b-intense infrared cabin has no

warming up time. Sit down, turn on and
enjoy immediately.
Regulate the setting of your b-intense
infrared cabin by slightly touching the
function on the b-control panel (see
below).
Please, use a towel while sitting in the
cabin.
Drink a glass of water before and after
each use of the infrared cabin! To
ensure an optimum sweat reaction,
consume sufficient water. Ideally water
consumption should be distributed
throughout the day.
