Your safety is of utmost importance for
KKT KOLBE. Please read this manual
carefully before attempting to install
or use this appliance. If you are not sure

Explosive hydrogen gas
• If a hot water system has not been
used for two weeks or more, explosive
hydrogen gas may form under certain
conditions. Therefore, rinse pipes that
have not been used for a long time by
letting the water flow from each tap for a
few minutes. This will release any accu-
mulated hydrogen gas. Since the gas is
flammable, do not smoke or use an open
flame during this time.

General safety

• This product is not designed for use by
persons (including children) who have
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capacities or persons with no experience
or knowledge, unless they are instruc-
ted and supervised in the use of the
appliance by a person responsible for
their safety.
• Repairs of the device may only be carried
out by a qualified technician. Attempted
repairs by an inexperienced person may
result in personal injury or damage to
your dishwasher.
• If the mains cable or water hoses are
damaged, the device must not be used!
This also applies to damage to the
worktop, control panel or floor area,
as internal machine parts could become
freely accessible.
• Before any cleaning and maintenance,
switch off the device and disconnect it
from the power supply.
• Do not pull the plug out of the socket by
the cable.
• The outer surface of the appliance may
get hot when your dishwasher is in use.
Installation
• Follow the installation instructions in
this manual.
• It is imperative that the installation is
carried out in accordance with all rele-
vant building regulations and require-
ments of the local waterworks.
• Make sure that the surfaces surroun-
ding the device (e.g. the underside of
the worktop) are sufficiently protected
against moisture.
• Be careful not to pinch the power cable
during installation.
• If the plug is no longer accessible after
installation, a means for disconnection
must be incorporated in the fixed wiring
with at least 3 mm separation in all poles.
• Do not attempt to alter or modify the
product specifications of this device.
• Before operation follow the steps in
the „Before the first use" section of this
manual.

Proper use

• This device is only designed for normal,
household rinsing loads and indoor use.
If you use your dishwasher in any other
way or incorrectly, KKT KOLBE will not
be liable for any damage and the warran-
ty will expire.
• Only use detergents, rinse aid and salt
suitable for automatic dishwashers
and follow the manufacturer's dosage
recommendations. Never use soap,
detergent or hand detergent in your
dishwasher.
• Place sharp items so that they are not
likely to damage the door seal;
to avoid cuts, insert sharp knives or
cutlery into the cutlery basket with the
handles upwards or flat into the upper
fork shelf.
