Adjustments

You can adjust the picture on the screen (OSD: On-
Screen Display). Once you make adjustments on the
screen, they are stored in memory and are called up
whenever the same video mode is used. A total of 10
user-defined video modes can be stored. If the 11th
mode is entered, it will replace the first one.
Note
Before making adjustments, turn on the monitor and
feed a video signal from the connected computer or
work station.

Adjusting the Picture Brightness

The adjustments you make will be applied to all input
signals.

Press the ¨ ./> (–/+) button once.
The Contrast/Brightness display appears.
BRIGHTNESS

Press and hold the ¨ ./> (–/+) button to adjust
the picture brightness.
. (–): to decrease the picture
BRIGHTNESS
> (+): to increase the picture
The Contrast/Brightness display disappears a few
seconds after you release the button.
* The Contrast/Brightness display show the horizontal and vertical
frequencies of the input signal at the bottom.

Adjusting the Picture Contrast

The adjustments you make will be applied to all input
signals.

Adjusting the Picture Location

The adjustments you make will be applied only to the
input signal currently received.

Press the s S button.
The Center display appears.

For vertical adjustment:
Press and hold the ¨ ./> (–/+) button.
. (–): to move the picture
BRIGHTNESS
> (+): to move the picture up.
For horizontal adjustment:
Press and hold the > ?// (–/+) button.
? (–): to move left.
CONTRAST
/ (+): to move right.
The Center display disappears about 20 seconds after
you release the button.
Pressing the s S button also removes the Center
display.
