Turns on or off the monitor.
This power switch is a functional on/off switch only.
To isolate the monitor from the mains supply, turn off
the mains supply switch on the rear panel.
The indicator lights green when the monitor is ready to
operate, and lights orange when it is not ready (with
the main supply switch turned on).
