Rear Panel

1 Mains supply switch
Switches the mains supply on or off.
To isolate the monitor from the mains supply on the
rear, switch this to the "¬" (off) position.
2 ⁄ (AC input) socket
Connect the supplied AC power cord to this socket and
to a wall outlet.

(input) connectors
Connect to the output connectors of the computer.
R/G/B input connectors (BNC)
Connect to the video output (R/G/B) connectors.
HD input connector (BNC)
Connect to the horizontal sync signal output connector.
VD input connector (BNC)
Connect to the vertical sync signal output connector.
≥ (audio) input jack (phono)
Connect to the audio output jack.
4 . (volume) control
Adjusts the sound output level through the built-in
speaker.
5 DC OUT 5V/1A ¥ connector
You can use this connector as a power source for other
equipment.
6 ? (reset) button
Press to reset the adjustments you have made back to
the factory settings.
Refer to "Resetting" on page 30 for details.

(lock) switch
Setting this switch to the upper position (ON) disables
all adjustments. To operate the monitor, set this switch
to the lower position (OFF).

(output) connectors
Connect to the input connectors of another monitor or
VCR.
R/G/B output connectors (BNC)
Loop-through output connectors of the R/G/B input
connectors. Connect to the video input (R/G/B)
connectors. When a cable is connected to the
connecter, the 75-ohm termination of the
corresponding input connector is released.
HD output connector (BNC)
Loop-through output connector of the HD input
connector. Connect to the horizontal sync signal input
connector. When a cable is connected to this
connecter, the 2-kilo-ohm termination of the
corresponding input connector is released.
VD output connector (BNC)
Loop-through output connector of the VD input
connector. Connect to the vertical sync signal input
connector. When a cable is connected to this
connecter, the 2-kilo-ohm termination of the
corresponding input connector is released.
≥ (audio) output jack (phono)
Loop-through output jack of the ≥ (audio) input jack.
Connect to the audio input jack.

(ground) terminal
1 : Equipotential terminal
Connect to the equipotential plug to bring the various
parts of a system to the same potential.
: Functional earth terminal
Connect the earth.
(The mark indicates the
automatic termination.)
