Place the chopper bowl (7) on a flat stable surface.
Set the knife (8) on the axis in the chopper bowl.
Insert the coupling (9) into the geared lid (10) from
the bottom side of the lid (10).
Put the food into the chopper bowl.
Note: Do not switch the unit on when the chopper bowl
is empty.
Place the geared lid (10) on the chopper bowl (7),
having matched the ledges on the bowl with the
grooves on the geared lid (10), and turn the lid (10)
clockwise until bumping.
Place the motor unit (3) on the geared lid (10), a
click of the lock (2) shows that the motor unit (3) is
set properly.
To connect the unit to the mains, insert the power
cord plug into the mains socket.
To switch the unit on, press and hold the button (4).
Set the required rotation speed of the chopping knife
(8) using the control knob (6).
When the button (5) is pressed, the knife rotates at
maximal rotation speed.
During operation hold the motor unit (3) with one
hand and the chopper bowl (7) with the other hand.
After using the unit, wait till the chopping knife (8)
fully stops.
Unplug the unit.
After using the chopper, disconnect the motor unit
(3) from the geared lid (10) by pressing the attach-
ment release button (2).
Remove the geared lid (10), rotating it counter-
clockwise.
Carefully remove the knife (8), taking it by the upper
plastic end.
Take the chopped products out of the chopper bowl
(7).

Follow the described sequence of operations
strictly.

CLEANING
Attention! The blades of the chopping knife (8) are
very sharp and dangerous. Handle the chopping
knife (8) very carefully!

Unplug the unit before cleaning.
Remove the attachments.
Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the motor unit (3)
and the gears (10, 11), then wipe them dry.
After processing of salty or sour products, it is
necessary to rinse the chopping knife (8) and the
blender attachment (1) with water right after the use.
While processing products with strong dyeing prop-
erties (for instance, carrot or beetroot), the attach-
ments or bowls can get colored, wipe them with a
cloth, dampened in vegetable oil, then wash the
attachments with neutral detergent and rinse.
Wash the attachments (1, 12), the coupling (9), the
chopping knife (8) and the chopper bowl (7) in warm
soapy water, rinse and dry them.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR UNIT (3) AND THE
GEARS (10, 11) INTO ANY LIQUIDS, DO NOT WASH
THEM UNDER WATER JET OR IN A DISCHWASHING
MACHINE.
Storage
Clean and dry the unit thoroughly before taking it
away for storage.
Do not wind the power cord around the motor unit.
Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of chil-
dren and disabled persons.
