If the red LED lights up or flashes for a lengthy
period, there is a fault in the installation or a
defect in the pump.
Contact a qualified heating engineer to inspect
the pump and restore operation.

Maintenance

Have the ecoLEVEL condensate pump inspected and
cleaned by a qualified heating engineer at least once
every two years.
