Problem
Reason
The juice spout is clogged. If required, remove residues of pulp from the juice spout
You are working too fast.
Perhaps you are using the
pusher.
The juicing system is
clogged. Long fibres are
wrapped around the
squeezing auger and filter
sleeve.
The rubber flap at the
pulp outlet is damaged or
blocked.
The filter sleeve is dama-
ged or clogged.
The rubber blade sleeve is
missing or damaged.
The Solution
(see: 'Operation / Methods for Removing Obstacles'). If
the problem occurs frequently, check the filter sleeve for
damage. If required, get in contact with your vendor for
replacement.
Slow down. Only fill in the pieces of food one by one. Avoid
using the pusher. Repeatedly, let the motor operate forward
and reverse in turn.
Intermediately use reverse operation (see: 'Operation / Using
Reverse Operation'). If the problem persists, remove the
obstacles manually (see: 'Care and Cleaning / Disassembling
the Juicing System'). Cut fibrous food to shorter length. Fold
or roll up leaves. Try to process fibrous foodstuffs in turn with
soft and juicy ingredients.
Disassemble the juicing system (see: 'Care and Cleaning
/ Disassembling the Juicing System'). Check the rubber
flap. If required, get in contact with your vendor.
Disassemble the juicing system (see: 'Care and Cleaning
/ Disassembling the Juicing System'). Check the filter
sleeve. If required, clean the filter sleeve (see: 'Care and
Cleaning / Removing Residues of Fibres from the Filter
Sleeve'). Replace the filter sleeve, if the filter sleeve is
bent or broken. For this, get in contact with your vendor.
Disassemble the juicing system (see: 'Care and Cleaning
/ Disassembling the Juicing System'). Check the rub-
ber blade sleeve. The rubber blade must be smooth and
correctly in place. If required, get in contact with your
vendor.
