7. Battery
• When the low battery indication (
batteries.
• Always disconnect test leads when replacing the battery. Do not us the
device without batteries installed.
• The battery cover is located on the back of the device and is closed with
one screw. Remove the screw and open the battery compartment.
• Remove the batteries and insert two new batteries following the polarity as
indicated in the battery holder. Only use new batteries of the same type
and specifications.
• Reinstall the cover and secure it with the screw.
•
Remove the battery when the device is not in use to avoid leakage.
•
Do not recharge batteries and do not throw in fire as they may explode.
WARNING: handle batteries with care, observe warnings on
battery casing. Dispose of batteries in accordance with local
regulations.
Keep batteries away from children.
