CARE AND MAINTENANCE

It is recommended that the user have a planned maintenance program; this is the only way to keep the equipment in perfect

operating conditions.
Modification of the equipment shall only be performed by personnel authorized by the manufacturer.
When the owner detects the smallest malfunction, he shall contact our technical service to evaluate the situation and make
the repair.
After each use, the collector shall be removed, emptying its contents (waste from the upper part).
An overall cleaning-repair of the equipment should be performed once a year (which will avoid, among other things poor
combustion with the resulting smoke and soot, as well as poor gas combustion). At the same time, the injectors and gas output
valves (taps) will be cleaned and lubricated, as previously specified.
Assuming that the annual external cleaning has been performed and the burner functions poorly (yellow flame or excessive
height), the injectors and other mechanisms will have to be checked, and if after these verifications the problems persist, the
grill will then have to be disassembled to remove the possible residues that may have flooded the inside of the combustion
chambers. It is recommended that these operations be performed by authorized personnel.

6. TROUBLESHOOTING INSTRUCTIONS

This manual tries to give solutions so that the user may repair "in situ" the small problems that may arise:
• The burners do not light:
Most likely there is lack of fuel in the circuit.
After checking, leave the main valve in the closed position. Proceed with the replacement of the cylinder or wait for
the return of the fuel.
• When lighting the burner the flame is yellow:
Lack of primary air:
The primary air input should be adjusted with the burner lit, achieving that the flame comes out smoothly with a
completely blue tone and without yellow points. It is recommended that this operation be performed by technical
service authorized by the manufacturer.
• The burner flame gives off black gases and has a strong yellow color:
Obstruction of the burner injector. Dirty burners.
Poor regulation of primary air.
In the first two cases, clean and scale the burner or injector.
In the third case, regulate the flame. It is recommended that this operation be performed by personnel authorized by
the manufacturer.
Lubricate the fittings if an abnormal effort is noticed in
their rotation.
1. Uncover the affected tap, taking out the tap remo-
ving the tap-action lever.
2. Clean the tube with a cloth and solvent.
3. Lubricate with light grease, making sure that the
GAS FLOW IS NOT CLOGGED.
4. Turn the tap fitting several times.
5. Repeat the cleaning operation and insert the
grease again.
6. Re-assemble the parts
