• Put the switch to 4 to 6
• Add meat to the filling part farther using stuffing tool.
• Mince the meat continuously up to four minutes. After this time, allow device to cool for 5 minutes.
• When you are finished with the mincing, turn the switch to 0. Then disconnect the unit from the
wall socket.
• Turn the grinder to the right and remove the shaft.
• Put a cover to the hole for meat mincer.
• Disassemble mincer in reverse order than the assembly above.
BUTCHER ATTACHMENTS
You can use sausage maker for making of sausages, kebbe or kebab.
ASSEMBLY
• Put drive auger to the grinder and connect spacer to the shaft. Its projections must fit into recesses
on the grinder.
• Put sausage maker to this spacer, again projections must fit into recesses.
• Screw the socket in and tighten carefully.
CONNECTION
• Disconnect cover of a meat mincer by turning it counterclockwise and pulling it out
• Turn the meat mincer clockwise. Put it on the drive shaft. Rotate anti-clockwise, so that it
is perpendicular.
• Connect the filling part.
USE
• Put the casing carefully on the sausage maker and tie a knot at the end.
• In case you use a natural casing, first soak it in water.
• Fill mincer with meat using stuffing tool.
• Before switching on, check that the switch is set to 0. Now you can plug in the device.
• Turn on the machine. Ideal speed is 3 to 4
• Fill casing with caution and do not fill it too much. During cooking sausages swells and can rupture.
• When the sausage has the desired length, turn it several times.
• The device may work for a maximum of four minutes continuously. After this time, let it cool for 5 minutes.
• Until you learn to fill sausages properly, stop the device after each filled.
KEBBE ATTACHMENT
• Put drive auger to the grinder and connect kebbe attachmentto the shaft. Its projections must fit
into recesses on the grinder.
• Put kebbe attachment to the kebab insert. Attachments projections must fit into recesses on the insert.
• Screw the socket in and tighten carefully.
It is used as a meat mincer or sausage maker. This attachment makes a hollow roulade. You can also
make minced meat salami filling, if instead of attachment for kebbe you use spacers.
