7. Fault handling.

Overconsumption of
abrasive

Possible cause
The cyclone separator door is
either open or not in place, or
the seal is incorrectly mounted
or worn.Air penetration here
into the cyclone separator
causes abrasive to move into
the filter chamber.
A hole caused by wear in the
cyclone separator or leakage
at the seams of the cyclone
separator.
The use of extremely small,
worn or soft abrasive which
quickly disintegrates.
A nozzle pressure which is
too high for the abrasive used
will cause the material to
disintegrate.
Remedy
Tightly close the door of the
cyclone separator. If necessary,
replace the door seal. The
machine must not be used
while the cyclone separator
door is open!
Visually check the cyclone
separator for leakage.
Replace the abrasive.
Reduce the pressure using
the pressure regulator on the
electric box panel.
