Dear Customer!
Should any unexpected problems or damage arise with your SaunaUpgrade, you
can make use of the following guarantee and warranty from the date of purchase
onwards:
• We provide a two year warranty for all other components of the SaunaUpgrade
provided that any possible damage or defects are not caused by external
influences or through improper use.
• Wear and tear in the course of proper use is not covered by
the warranty.
The scope of warranty for professionally installed replacement parts extends to
cover the period of time from the date of purchase covered by the original warranty
for the functional capacity of the cabin's components. The general legal provisions
also apply in relation to the warranty from the time that the replacement parts are
delivered.
The proof of purchase of the device must be presented in the form of the original
document (delivery note or invoice) when making a claim against the warranty. All
of Physiotherm's commitments pertaining to the guarantee and warranty are condi-
tional to the adherence to and following of the attached maintenance and cleaning
guidelines.
