Procedure in the event of errors
3.2.1

Error numbers

Error 1: HTF sensors missing or defective
(only when fitted with SENSOcare®)
Disconnect the SaunaUpgrade from the power supply and
reconnect it after a few seconds.
Error 2: Emergency stop bridge open
Disconnect the SaunaUpgrade from the power supply and
reconnect it after a few seconds.
Error 3: Safety temperature limiter – surface temperature too high.
If one of the sensors measures a temperature above the
permitted limit [45°C], error 3 flashes temporarily until the value
falls within the normal range again [<45°C]. Otherwise the back
radiator will be deactivated.
Triggers can be:
• Heat source in the visible range of the sensors
(e.g. front radiator/light source)
• Textiles in the measuring area
Error 4: Safety temperature limiter – Surrounding temperature too high.
The surrounding temperature in the cabin is too high. If
one of the sensors measures a temperature above the permitted
limit [50°C], error 4 flashes temporarily until the value falls within
the normal range again [<50°C].
Otherwise the back radiator will be deactivated.
Ventilate the cabin until the normal temperature is reached again.
If the error reoccurs, contact the Physiotherm service department.
