The following functions can be performed with the control panel:
∙ Switch the SaunaUpgrade on/off via the wave symbol
∙ Set the intensity level from 0 – 100%
∙ Adapt the intensity level after expiry of the heat-up time
∙ Switch on clothing mode
1.3.1 Switching the system on/off
Press the wave symbol for 2 seconds to switch the system on or off. The infrared
system starts immediately.
Note: Application time
After an application time of 40 minutes, the session and normal mode of the
system is ended. This is a safety feature in the event that the session is not actively
ended. Upon expiry of the application time, the system must be switched on via the
control panel.

1.3.2 Setting the intensity level

The intensity level defines the amount of heat given off to the back:
Soft = 0 – 45%
Medium = 50 – 80%
Intensive = 85 – 100%

After starting the session, an intensity of 40% is used for the heat-up time (6 min-
utes). The intensity level cannot be adjusted during the heat-up time.
After the heat-up time (6 minutes), the session is continued with an intensity of
50%. The intensity level can be set in 5% steps as required using the plus key
or minus key. The desired range can be set using the intensity display.
