Setting after battery replacement
When you insert the batteries, a beep
will be heard and all the segments will be
shown briefl y in the display.
Press the Set button to move to the time
and date setting.
Press the Mode to change the value for the
part of the time or date fl ashing. Press the
Set button to continue the setting.

Setting before exercising
Press the Set button to select the training
parameter you want to set (training time,
distance or calorie consumption) and enter
the value by pressing the Mode button.

change between the computer's various
displays.

Scan Automatically switches

display every 6 seconds
P Shows that the training
session has been paused
RPM Displays rpm
Speed Displays the current speed
Time Displays the time spent
on the current exercise

Distance Displays the distance
covered in the current
exercise session
Calories Shows the estimated
calorie consumption
for the current exercise
session
Pulse Displays your pulse in
beats per minute when
you hold the sensors
on both sides of the
handlebar at the same
time
