Pull the pulse sensor wires (19) from the
handlebar (6) in through the hole in the side
of the handlebar post (11) and out through
the opening in the handlebar post.
Fit the handlebar (6) and cover (8) to the
handlebar post (11) using a washer (9), a
spacer (7) and a T-bolt (10).
Connect the wires (13, 19) to the
corresponding wires on the computer (4).
Insert two 1.5 V AAA batteries into the
battery compartment on the computer (4).
Check that the batteries are correctly fi tted.

Screw the computer (4) securely to the
bracket on the handlebar post (11) using 2
star screws (5).
Attach the left pedal (22L) to the left pedal
crank (25L) by screwing it anti-clockwise.
Attach the right pedal (22R) to the right
pedal crank (25R) by screwing it clockwise.

Insert the saddle post (30) into the socket
on the frame (1), and screw it securely at the
required height using the knob (28).
Screw the saddle rail (35) securely in the
bracket on the saddle post (30) using a
washer (32) and the knob (31). Secure it in
the required position.
Place the saddle (36) on the saddle rail (35)
and secure it.
The exercise bike is now assembled and
ready for use.
