When the exercise bike is in use, it should
be monitored continuously. When the
exercise bike is in use, any children near it
must not be left unattended. The exercise
bike is not a toy.
Remember to check your exercise bike
regularly. Tighten all screws, bolts and nuts
on the exercise bike as required. Inspect the
exercise bike and replace any worn parts.
Do not use the exercise bike if it is defective.
When moving the exercise bike, employ the
correct lifting technique.
The exercise bike is only intended for indoor
use in private households.

Special safety instructions

WARNING! The pulse monitor may be
inaccurate. Training too hard may involve a
risk of personal injury or death. If you feel
unwell, stop exercising immediately.

Preparations for assembly

Two people are required to assemble the
exercise bike.
Lay all the pieces out on the fl oor and check
that all the parts are there.
Please refer to the illustration and parts list
at the back of the manual.
You must use the following tools:
• Allen key
• Adjustable wrench or spanner
• Screwdriver

Assembly and preparation

Screw the front stabiliser (20) and the rear
stabiliser (26) securely to the frame (1) using
the bolts (21), spring washers (41) curved
washers (15) and cap nuts (18).
Push the handlebar post cover (12) over the
handlebar post (11).
Connect the sensor wire (16) in the frame to
the sensor wire (13) in the handlebar post
(11).
Insert the end of the tension wire (38) into
the socket on the tension wire (37) in the
frame so they are hooked together.
Insert the handlebar post (11) into the
socket on the frame (1), and screw it
securely using a curved washer (15), a
spring washer (41) and a bolt (14).
